Welcome to On Belay Climbing, where we believe that everyone has the potential to reach new heights. Our ‘Learn the Ropes’ course is designed to help you do just that. Whether you’re an absolute beginner or have been climbing for a short time, this course will rapidly accelerate your progress and provide a solid foundation of technique that will be used throughout your climbing journey.

Designed For You

Our course is tailored for both men and women between the aged 18 and up. It’s a great opportunity for couples and climbing partners new to the sport, as well as single climbers looking to meet fellow enthusiasts.

Comprehensive Curriculum

Over two 2-hour sessions, spaced a week apart, our highly experienced professional instructors will guide you through fundamental techniques, hold types and their uses, wall angles, and body positioning. We also delve into the different types of climbing, giving you a comprehensive understanding of the sport. Entry into the gym between sessions is FREE.

When: Courses are 2 sessions run on Tuesday a week apart from 6:30-8:30pm. Check out the dates in the link below

How Much: $99 For members. $149 For non-members. Entry into the gym between sessions is free.
*Price includes harness and shoe rental if required.

What to bring: Comfortable clothes for climbing, water bottle, climbing equipment if you have your own or rent ours.
