Are you ready to take your climbing skills to the next level? Whether you’re a beginner just starting out or an experienced climber looking to hone your skills, our Climbing Fitness Program is designed just for you!

Our program runs in 4 blocks over the year, in line with the school term. Each block is a carefully programmed class written by experienced climbing professionals. These classes are designed to improve your power, strength, endurance, and technical ability. So, no matter where you are on your climbing journey, we have something to help you reach new heights!

But it’s not all work and no play! Our program is set in a fun, social environment with a focus on enjoying training. You’ll get to meet fellow climbers, share experiences, and maybe even make a few friends along the way!

And don’t worry, you won’t be doing it alone. Our experienced coaches are there to provide structure and support, guiding you every step of the way. They’ll help you understand your strengths, work on your weaknesses, and ensure you’re getting the most out of each session.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30pm-7:30pm

How Much: FREE for members, Casuals $20 (entry fee) and includes climbing all day.

What to Bring: Comfortable clothes for working out, water bottle, climbing equipment if you have your own or rent ours.

Please note, this program is designed for 16yrs and up.
